Shipping Policy

Where We Deliver
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We're hoping to offer international shipping soon.

Delivery Times
Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 working days from the date your order is placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that during busy periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), delivery may occasionally take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

* Standard UK delivery: £3.95
* FREE UK delivery on orders over £24.99, which includes every 8-pack

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at aralianskin@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at aralianskin@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
