Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we only ship within the UK. We're hoping to offer international delivery soon.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is £3.95, and it's FREE on orders over £24.99, which includes every 8-pack.
How long will my order take?
UK delivery takes 5–10 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.
How do I use the Real Deep Mask?
Apply to clean, dry skin and leave on for 3–4 hours or overnight, until the mask turns clear. Peel off and gently pat any leftover serum into your skin. No rinsing needed. Use 2–3 times a week.
Which mask should I choose?

💙 Hydro Cera-Nol: for dry, tight skin.
💛 Radiant Vita Niacinamide: for dull, tired-looking skin.

Are the masks suitable for sensitive skin?
Everyone's skin is different, so we recommend a patch test before first use and checking the full ingredient list on each product page.
Can I return my order?
Yes, unopened masks in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund Policy for full details.
